You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out to us at support@sotescents.com and let us know what’s going on—we’re here to help.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once your item is received, we will issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Please note:
- Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
