Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SOTE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, email support@sotescents.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and delays may occasionally occur.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for updates

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues, we care deeply about our customers and will:

  • Offer a discount code to repurchase your order, and

  • Review any additional support on a case-by-case basis

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and item

We will review and assist with a replacement if applicable.
